I was eating in there today for lunch. While eating a very disappointing meal i noticed a heavier male come in for what to appear to be a door dash/ grub hub order. The store was kinda busy and i could tell the servers was trying their best. As a fellow restaurant worker i lmow covid has been a real struggle with staffing. Anyways after a few minutes the man waiting for said to go order became frustrated and starting causing a scene. He was clearly threatening physical violence on the servers who appeared nervous. It was 2 females and one male behind the bar. He continued to yell " if you got a problem with me, meet me outside" i was assuming he was trying to initiate a physical fight. He was yelling at these 2 females and not one manager did anything or was in sight. I feel like the manager should of heard it alone and came and stopped it from happening. How embarrassing for the servers. They was apologizing but the guy didnt want to hear it. It was about 1 pm and when i did see what im going assume is the manager. ( while male with what looked like half shaved head and a high ponytail and was in regular clothes) he didnt seem to be bothered or ask the servers if they was ok. What a horrible experience for me and my child to witness and for the poor servers. Definitely a lack of management was had today. What if this guy struck one of these ladies he seemed super upset and very aggressive. Management here has never really been seen as im here often to eat because i live and work nearby. Do better and protect your servers management. If i could give 0 stars I would.
