Great food and great service!!! I have loved everything I have ever had. The staff are always friendly and willing to give me suggestions when I have no idea what I am craving!

I found a large screw/bolt in my sandwich, not kidding!I almost swallowed it.When I contacted the manager,she was unapologetic and put me on hold.When she came back on the line,she said "Hmmm, I didn't see any screws in the area where your sandwich was made. Can I make you a new sandwich?" I simply said "no,I will never eat at your restaurant again." There was no response and no apology from her. In addition, my friend faxed over a complaint and there was never any response.
