Some of Louisville's finest individuals lead this beautiful museum, where I've enjoyed diverse, thoughtfully curated exhibits-from European masters like Rodin and Degas to local artists such as Sam Gilliam and Amy Sherald-along with engaging interactive spaces for children, a cinema showcasing contemporary films, and a welcoming atmosphere with friendly staff, free Sunday admission, and a cafí©, all making each visit a rewarding and inspiring experience that connects deeply with the community's culture and history.
