The food was excellent

Down-home, hole-in-the-wall type spots have the best food, and this place is no exception. Great sandwiches. I was craving a simple bacon, egg, and cheese on rye with mayo and pickle. Easy peasy, plus some chips, a drink, and an old-fashioned box of Lemonheads. Vintage candy. Can't beat it.
