Rolando V provided such attentive and friendly service that it made the evening feel warm and welcoming, perfectly complementing the vibrant flavors of the ceviche, shrimp dinner, and chicken chimichangas. The lively patio, shaded by umbrellas and buzzing with happy hour margaritas, created an inviting atmosphere where fresh, hot dishes and consistently delicious meals made every visit memorable. Each time I return to Kentucky, the familiar taste of their chorizo queso dip, fajitas, and homemade chips reminds me why this has become my favorite Mexican dining experience.
