I have said that I am never coming back here again.. but my husband who is sick likes their beans and cornbread. Simple enough order right?? I first tried to call in an to go order, but the people who answer the phone apparently are not equipped to handle that, so you get put on hold until a server picks up.... which by the way was NEVER after holding for 8 minutes.
I decided just to drive up to the store since all I needed was beans and cornbread. The two people at the register (again not able to take an order) page a server. I wait another 14 minutes and finally request a manager who comes up .. and wait for it - HAS TO GET A SERVER TO TAKE MY ORDER!! What a ridiculously operated business. Poor service, poorer leadership. Still waiting for the beans...
Never again Cracker Barrel!
