I order PAPA JOHNS appetizers, sandwiches, pizza, dessert & sodas at least 2 times a week & often up to 5 days a week. My orders are Always delivered by polite & respectful driver's whom carry a smile on their faces & have a nice word to say when I open my door. I appreciate that CAMPBELLSVILLE, KY PAPA JOHNS PIZZA delivers my orders to me on time, as I specifically ordered, hot & fresh & at reasonable prices too! Thx PAPA!

My husband and I waited over 20 minutes for someone to answer the phone. We finally got tired of waiting and went to another pizza place that actually answer their phones. Do you actually think this was good customer service? Di you wish to stay in business?
