Where to begin - started coming to this restaurant when I was child visiting my grandparents in Louisville. It was excellent then and still a 10 in my book. The shrimp & grits are perfection, the ham and red-eye gravy, hot browns, are sublime. I've tried everything on the menu over the years and never been disappointed. It's elegant so dress nicely - it has linen tablecloths and napkins, fine china and crystal glasses. The head waiter is the same man who waited on me when I was 6. You must try the Bourbon Pudding - it is the best in the South.
