Usually the food is okay. Today wasn't one of those days. My son and I got shrimp dinners with mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, macaroni and cheese. The shrimp was overcooked, and the vegetables were barely warm. The hush puppies were hot. I spent $22 and change. Never again. Sorry, I really like this place but I've had enough.

I love Cooper's Restaurant! It's good home style country cooking. They have specials on Thursday, Friday, and Saturdays; they serve catfish, wonderful fried chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans, rolls, and a menu full of fast food favorites too. It's a must try!
