Let's be clear....this review is to note the exceptional professionalism of two of their employees....very nice and professional young African-American women....Cinnamon who works the breakfast shift and Joy...one of the managers. Actually, the food and service attitude of this McDonald's on Jame Trail Way sucks and is so very very bad even though they got a makover...but I already addressed this before....to the management and to corporate .... without any response but this review is to highlight and praise these two beautiful well-trained young ladies, Cinnamon and Joy. They both are nice, attentive, quick without making mistakes, ALWAYS ALWAYS SMILING and just totally kind and dedicated and sincerely representative of what McDonald's should be about. THAT'S WHY CINNAMON AND JOY GET MY FIVE STAR RATING AND NOT THE CRAPPY MCDONALD'S THEY WORK AT! So while I AM NOT a fan of this McDonald's on Jane Trail Way ..... they are truly very very sorry....but these two exceptional young ladies and their high level of professionalism are the shining highlights at this particular McDonald's. I will make another attempt to forward to the management and corporate....but no matter Cinnamon and Joy are indeed stars and have risen above the fray and I will ensure their dedication and professionalism to the McDonald's Corporate Office. Thank you Cinnamon and Joy.....YOU ROCK AND ARE THE BEST EXAMPLES OF "YES I CAN!"....I AM VERY VERY PROUD OF YOU BOTH!
