I stopped at 11:30 today 5/21/2021 and l purchased a foot long cold cut combo and got 2 bags of chips. When l got to Burnside and opened the sandwich the bed so too hard to eat. I realize things happen and l tried to call their phone number just to let them know they needed to check their bread. No answers the phone. I have tried calling a couple times since and still no answer when l call. Will not be going back to this location. I have a bigger problem with no one taking phone calls and addressing issues than l do with the dried out bread.
