Excellent service and food

Waited over 40 minutes for food. Food and service was terrible. Didn't get all food ordered. Salad was hot and nasty. Had to ask for refills on drinks. Couldn't get salt pepper or mustard. Only one napkin. Salad was sent back once came back nastier than first time it came out.
