Strauss Tobacanist referred me to the Dixie Club, a rare find that allows cigar smoking. Despite calling ahead to confirm WIFI availability, I was disappointed to learn they no longer offer it. The dive-type neighborhood bar boasts a friendly atmosphere, making it worth a visit.
