I have never been so rudely treated at a restaurant, especially in Dry Ridge. I ordered through the drive thru and was assured my order was all in the 2 bags given to me. There wasn't many manners shown but they are young and on a timer. My fault before pulling out not to check my order. At my next stop I realized my 10 PC nuggets were not in the bag. I tried to call the store but no one answered. I returned to the drive thru and stated at the speaker, about my nuggets missing, was told to pull to the window (5 cars in front of me). I waited and pulled to the window, once there the window opened and my nuggets in a bag was stated "here", nothing about sorry, hey " our bad", nothing, so I asked for the manager, that was even a bigger mistake, I asked if he could just make it right, and he was like well you got the nuggets now..... Really, GM maybe customer service is something that you need to retrain to your manager, first, was never an apology... stated they were doing good as a store and the GM is doing good as a Manager, I beg to differ. Hey GM I live in Dry Ridge ask around you can find me. I would love to give customer service training for your store! Wonder why some food chains do so good, they use please, thank you, sorry, have a good day.....
