Always great service and the best cakes in the world! I have been going to Miss Ella for over 7years...maybe longer. She did my 40th 3 tiered birthday cake and the guests loved. Every since then, whenever i have an event or social, my friends and families ask me if I am going to have any desserts by "the cake lady". Their family is like my family now!

Rude! Rude! Rude!! I had my daughters first birthday cake make at this location. I never dealt with them but my mother in law did. So I called to order a cake for her third birthday but I was told to send an email. Well I emailed two weeks straight and would receive different answers each time or no answer to my question. Just a two or three word reply. I was told different prices on a personal cake for my daughter. Then turned around and told they don't make personal cakes only it they are turning one. Well if I'm paying $100 for a sheet cake you would think they would make it happen!! But I was told on previous emails that I could get a one layer for $15. Ok no problem. Until I was told $40 in an email that followed. Bull crap. They lost my business. Unorganized. Uneducated because apparently they cannot read. Rude and passive. I'll make my own cake before dealing with those jerks
