The food is wonderful along with great friendly service. No wonder fiesta is thriving an doing well... I will alway eat there with my family! Thank you for providing a clean family oriented atmosphere, with good food & service for London Ky, and surrounding counties.

I just had dinner at the Fiesta Mexicana restaurant in London. I waited over ten minutes for someone to come around with chips and Salsa. Fifteen more minutes and the waitress took our drink orders. Another ten minutes and she apologized for the wait. We gave her our order. It took over 20 minutes to get our food. When we got our order it was wrong. We sent one of them back. I proceeded to almost finish my meal and my wife still had not got her bean burrito. 15 more minutes she finally got her burrito and it was cold. By that time she was ready to leave.

My wife went to the car and I asked to see the owner Joyce. She was the worse owner of anything I have ever dealt with in my life. They messed up our food. The service was slow and she proceeded to get in my face and argue with me as I was trying to tell her about the situation. They were wrong and acted like it was my fault. It wasn't my fault they got the order wrong and neither was it my fault the food was cold. I was trying to be nice about it. I wasn't asking for anything free. I paid for what was left of the meal. She would not let me put it in a to go box to take with me to heat up at home. She took it off the table and told me to never come back again.

Really???? is that the kind of establishment anyone would want to eat at again.
