The food was great but customer service was terrible !!! We bought a coupon off of restaurant.com for Dino's and it said on the site to show ur certificate # to your server for 5.00 off a 10.00 or more order and all you was suppose to do was pull it up on your cell phone when you was ready to pay and the manager said NO we have to have a paper print out and even after we told them their website did not say that she wanted to argue and say that it didnt matter what the site said they could not give us our discount without a print out, even tho we were traveling and out of state and didn't have a way to print out anything didn't matter either she never offered to still honor the coupon or even give us any kind of discount and on top of all that she was trying to make me pay for my meal twice!!! Another lady already checked me out before she came to the counter and I told her I already pd but didn't believe me shew!!! it was not good experience even tho the food was good would never eat at this Dino's again! I have worked in the restaurant business myself for yrs and have always tried to make customers happy so they will want to come back I know that wasn't the correct way to handle this situation or treat a customer.
