Dear Crystal,

You have lost a customer overall. The Crystal in Mt. Sterling is the nastiest, most unprofessional restaruant in this town. The service is rude and there seems to be only punks that work there! I can recall watching the cooks try and mop the floor while maknig sandwitches at the same time. Without washing their hands. I refused to eat there afterwards. I also saw a window worker pick up a tray of krystal sack fulls and put her thumb through the bread and mashed the sandwich....This is ridiculous and you need to do something about it. The environment there is nasty feeling and uneasy. The workers look like they just came off the street. Hope this opens up some eyes!
