We all love Shaker's pizza!!!

I ordered a medium one topping pizza at about 12:30pm and it is now 1:55pm and i still have not gotten my pizza nor have i recieved a phone call explaining why it's taking so long, just in case they cant find my house. And when I called them on the phone they were so unprofessional that I got aggrivated and almost didn't order at all. They didn't know the pricing of their own pizza and yelled at eachother to try and give me a price for just 1 medium pizza. I had to repeat my address 3 times and had to call back twice because she hung up on me the first time. This is just an awful business.

I called shakers pizza of manchester on Feb. 3, 2011 @ approximately 5:30 pm and placed an order for myself and my little girl for a 20 piece cheesy bread sticks. one order of cheesy bread sticks cost's 7.59. O.k I sent my friends to pick up the order and there were to boxes. My friends didn't know what I ordered so I gave them my 20 dollars to get my order. They came home with two boxes, so i called shakers to explain the situation and he told me that I had ordered two 20 piece bread sticks which I clearly did not need nor ordered . He told me that he asked me 3 different times if I wanted two orders, but he did not ask me at all I told him I wanted one order of cheesy bread sticks so he became angry and rude and hung up the phone so i went up there to return the untouched order which i did not need or ordered and they refused to refund my money. Then they told me to contact the owners and gave me a wrong name and a wrong number so I went back in and ask for the real owners name and number they said that was the only number that they had so they called the law on me because I simply wanted a refund. I wanted the owners name and phone number so I could discuss the matter with them they would not let me speak to the owners nor tell my side of the story and threatened to take me to jail. so needless to say I ask them, I told them i thought the customer was always right but they believed their employees but i don't know about you that isn't a good way to do business.
