Heading east towards Hazard, a group of us made a pit stop at Ronda's Zudzu Corner Cafe for lunch. It had been a while since my last visit, but the familiar flavors and cozy atmosphere brought back memories of my previous journey along the Hal Rogers Parkway. The Special T sandwich with its delicious combination of turkey, cranberry-horseradish sauce, and fresh apple was a standout, and the peach cobbler was the perfect ending to a satisfying meal.
