Well I can say that I have been to ponchos every Sunday for almost a year and have never had any problems they are very honest and very professional..and they have the best food in town..

This restaurant has great food but the only problem is they do not know how to run a debit card machine. I was charged over 125.00 for a meal that was only 53.00. Also they refused to take the blame fro billing my bank for two different transactions. Horrible to work with. They tried to say that my personal bank was making the charges up because they did not do it. It sounds to me like a thief is working the register. I will never go back again. HORRIBLE...

This restaurant is the best. I go there all the time. The waiters are very friendly and speak good English. They always understand exactly what I want, unlike the other Mexican Restaurants. The food is the greatest, I am always pleased. If you haven't been there you really need to try it.

This place is great.. I eat at Ponchos for lunch about 4 times week
the food is the best and the service is Quick I have the Steak Fajitas Usually ...ummm If youre in pikeville and you are eating Mexican Food some where else .. Go to El Ponchos you will love it. Its very Clean,And when you Leave you Wont smell like Mexican Food All day
