Today, I had a great experience with a young lady who was professional and organized. She handled an error with grace, although her ability to resolve conflicts was limited due to company policy. Despite the manager being unavailable at the time, the employee went above and beyond to rectify the situation. I was impressed by the service and hope to visit again to ensure she wasn't unfairly penalized for the mistake.
