Merlin's has that cozy, authentic pub vibe you'd expect from a South Minneapolis spot with Irish and Scottish flair, complete with big leather booths and a great selection of single malt Scotch. The fish and chips here might just rival those I've had abroad-crispy, flavorful, and perfectly paired with tangy tartar sauce and coleslaw. The staff are friendly and attentive despite busy nights, making it a welcoming place to catch up with friends or enjoy a relaxed meal any day of the week.
