Worst customer service ever from the so-called owner of this franchise in North Versilles PA ! Realizing that she was very busy and short-staffed, I waited. However, after waiting for almost 10 minutes without even being acknowledged, I asked was the mobile order was ready. She finally turned around with the sour face she normally has and barked "give me a second. don't you see I'm doing all of this by myself!" I replied that it had been almost 10 minutes and I didnt know if she knew that I was there to pick up an order.The conversation escalated very quickly into an argument and I was called all kinds of obscenities (which I eventually gave back to her). She then refused to allow one of her staff (who could actually teach HER, the so-called owner, about customer service) to give me the entire order. I would love to be able to chalk this up to a bad day, but I have picked up a lot of orders from this store and this female's attitude is ALWAYS poor unfortunately. She also made the comment "that's why I can't stand Pittsburgh motherf*%$#*". Guess she doesn't realize that it's Pittsburgh people who patronize her so she can keep her store. What business owner treats their customers that way!
