The food at Hong Kong Express & Donuts was surprisingly good for the price. While the place wasn't the cleanest, the flavors of the dishes stood out and were better than many fast-food Chinese spots I've tried. Despite arriving close to closing time with limited options left, I found the rice, chow mein, teriyaki chicken, and salt and pepper wings to be satisfying. The staff, particularly the friendly cashier, provided excellent customer service, making it a place I'd consider returning to when in the area.
