Can't get a spicy chicken sandwich after two trips I know they work hard and are kind but come on one Spicy chicken sandwich

Me and my wife was heading home from the hospital and stopped to get a couple of burgers. The burgers looked like they had been throwed together and the fries was cold and greasy. The staff was very rude. I will never stop at that one again.
