The culinary offerings blend diverse flavors with inventive presentations, encouraging sharing so everyone at the table can sample a variety of dishes ranging from crispy bar pizza to succulent ribs and creative small plates like caramel ginger shrimp and peach prosciutto salad. The cocktail menu impresses with seasonal creativity and balanced spirits, exemplified by standout gin concoctions and a classy seasonal Old Fashioned, while the extensive beer selection satisfies craft enthusiasts. Attentive, friendly service complements a relaxed yet chic ambiance that makes every visit feel special, whether for casual evenings or celebratory occasions.

We had never been to Tapestry before, but we had been talking about going for a while, so we were excited to give it a try. We stopped in for a quick drink at 10:30 PM on Saturday, 8/10/13 (posted hours are until 1 AM). Upon entering, the manager/greeter told us they would be closing early, around 11 PM. That didn't matter to us as we told our babysitter we would be home by 11 PM anyway. The place was super quite, with just two other parties having drinks - one inside and one outside.
Upon sitting at the bar, we sadly found the bartender to be cold and unhelpful; mainly because we got the impression she was frustrated we were coming in when she was hoping to leave early. When we sat at the bar, she just looked at us - no hello, no how can I help you - nothing.
My husband asked for a beer - pointing at the tap and saying the name of the beer; she poured it. She neglected to tell us the tap on the bar was different than the beer she poured. He never would have ordered it had he know it was that specific brew.
I asked about another beer - her description was, "it's a pale ale." Which is correct - however, it had super strong citrus tones, which was quite overpowering and not what I was interested in. No sample was offered, no helpful description.
My husband and I do not get to go out all that often, so we like to try new places when we can - but this place left much to be desired. It had a beautiful bar and dining area inside and out, but the unhelpful and selfish staff were such a turn-off.
