Been going here for 10 plus years and have never had any issues. The food is excellent!!!!!

Found a hair in the general Tsaos chicken . Being in foodservice for the past 15 years I called to let them know, and was told they would be happy to replace my order. Then I was told I would be charged the $10 delivery fee for it to be replaced . Unsanitary , and poorly managed place. Skip it.

GREAT PLACE TO ORDER FROM THE FOOD IS REALLY REALLY GOOD I HAVE BEEN EATING HERE SINCE I WAS IN MIDDLE SCHOOLE I AM NOW 21 and still go there A+++++

I have been going to New Asia for years. The food is great and the serivce is fast. This is the best Chinese Restaurants in West Hartford. Give them a try, I'm sure you will like their food.

From the recommendation of a friend, I ate food from New Asia for the first time yesterday. I ordered dinner and had the food delivered. The food was very good, the prices are fair, and the employees were very polite. Their service is quick! They quoted an estimated delivery time of 30 minutes but I received the food in 20 minutes!
