Apna Bazaar offers delicious Pakistani and Indian dishes with generous portions and reasonable prices. The goat biryani was flavorful with a good amount of meat and less grease compared to other places. The chicken tikka masala was particularly outstanding, with plenty of chicken and complex flavors. The Nalli Nihari, a beef shank stew, lacked seasoning but improved greatly with added salt for enhanced taste. The family grilled platter was a bit disappointing compared to other dishes, so opting for tandoori chicken or lamb kebabs directly might be a better choice. Despite the modest setup as a supermarket and butcher shop, Apna Bazaar's food quality shines through, making it a solid choice for authentic Indian and Pakistani cuisine.
