The bookstore is clean and has a wide selection of books to choose from, but I was disappointed that the Starbucks inside couldn't accept my gift card due to being a franchise. The staff provided exceptional customer service when I needed help finding a specific book, going above and beyond to assist me, which made my shopping experience enjoyable and memorable.
