While going through my recipe collection, I discovered a timeless gem from an old inn cookbook that has been with me since the 70's. The muffins I made were absolutely delicious, and it turns out the inn is still thriving in the heart of Amish Country. The warm hospitality, charming rooms, and delicious breakfast at Patchwork Quilt Inn made my stay a truly unforgettable experience.
