The outdoor seating area is spacious and dog-friendly, with regular food trucks and events like Tuesday trivia adding to the welcoming, lively atmosphere. Staff are usually friendly and helpful, making it easy to strike up a conversation, and the brewery's presence around town through local stores means it's easy to enjoy their brews beyond a visit.

There was ample parking available when my friends and I visited Alewerks from out of town. The brewery had a cozy vibe that seemed to be a favorite among the locals, with plenty of seating both inside and outside. I enjoyed the Pumpkin Ale, which had a nice balance of pumpkin flavor and spice, and the brewery also offered a variety of merchandise, a food vendor, and board games for entertainment.
