The independent burger joint I tried in the area exceeded my expectations with delicious food and great value, making me want to return.

I placed an order for delivery, and was told 40-45 mins. Did not get it for 1hr and 5 mins. I'm mainly ok with that, but...
We received stale chili cheese fries.
Our order of lg sweet potato fries were soggy, and barely got a small.
Bun on one burger was so hard I couldn't eat it.
When called, and they offered to just give us an order of sweet potato fries... Or they would give us our money back if we dug what was left of the order out of the trash.
This was only the 4th time we have ordered from this location, and we have not had such bad service from them in the past, but I will never go to this location again.
