The moment I caught sight of a fresh tray of pernil being brought out, I couldn't resist trying some, and it left me craving more long after I left. Every bite of the seasoned picadillo, tender lechon, and crispy masitas de puerco was bursting with perfect flavor and consistency, complemented beautifully by an unforgettable garlic sauce that was simply divine. I had the most amazing Cuban food at this new spot in town. The Pernil was to die for! The garlic sauce was pure perfection. I can't wait to go back for more!
