We visited Short Street Tavern on a friend's suggestion and were pleasantly surprised by the friendly service and welcoming atmosphere. Not a plan trip but found this restaurant while driving and site seeing. This was outstanding place to eat. The prime rib and shrimp where better then other restaurants we have visited. Great service and reasonable prices.

Best little secret hidden in small town America! Absolutely perfect prime rib everytime! A bit of a drive just enough to prime your appetite!

Large prime rib will feed you twice! This is a great tavern with friendly, efficient wait staff. Cash only and worth every dime spent.

Every thing is delicious. Steaks melt in your mouth. Fresh salad bar. Tenderloins are the best I've ever had!! I recommend Short Street. It might be a little drive for you but it is worth it.
