Utah's sushi scene has a new contender that outshines Tsunami with its inventive rolls like the Ecstasy, Mango Tango, and the lobster-packed King roll that are as huge as they are delicious. Even sushi skeptics are converted here, thanks to fresh fish, fantastic service (shoutout to Amy for managing a late arrival like a pro), and an atmosphere that's chill enough for a family night out yet packed with flavor and fun.
