I just want to give a big shout out to Janelle, the manager at the Crestview Hills Panera. I left my purse at this location a few weeks ago when I drove from Louisville for my grandson's doctor appointment and stopped here for lunch. I was almost back home when I realized I left it at the Panera. I had money, credit cards, license in it. I called and talked to Janelle and she was very sympathetic. I asked if she could Fed Ex back to me and use the money in my purse, She was so kind and said she would. I got it a few days later and everything was in it. They even paid the shipping fee. So grateful for her!! What an Angel! The food was great too-fresh and delicious
