My first visit on a wednesday at 5pm resulted in a poor experience. Hardly anyone was there. Which should have aloud for great quality assurance. My wife and I each had one beer the waitress touted as there newest beer, the #3 Lager, a craft beer. It was flat with hardly any carbonation. Pump up the CO2 please!! Also, the Lager tasted terrible, had no clarity (cloudy) and awful after taste. Second, the food was terrible. My fries were cold, not crispy and fresh as expected and the pork tenderloin was average. My wife's beef nachos were terrible and later upset her stomach. I brew my own beer and have tasted many different beers over the years. This was the worst I have ever experienced. Quality control was lacking with apparently weak supervision or oversight.

We were invited to to a graduation party downstairs the following Saturday. I tried the 7% ABV IPA. Again, the beer was flat and tasted terrible for an IPA. My wife drank their Brown Ale and it was completely flat. My wife informed the waiter the beer was flat with no carbonation and he responded saying he didn't know about the problem and the beer is served at whatever stage of brewing. This was alarming information. How can a business survive under these conditions. Quality control and proper leadership is paramount in selling any product. Great teamwork and a system of checks and balances would never have aloud these two incidents to occur. Sad!
