While initially skeptical of dining at a hotel restaurant, my experience at Fisheye Grill at Embassy Suites on I-Drive for a conference pleasantly surprised me with delicious appetizers, entrees like the shrimp andouille mac n cheese and PoBoy, and excellent service in a cozy atmosphere that I would definitely revisit for their friendly service, tasty food, and overall value.
