Had an amazing dinner with perfectly cooked steaks, delicious sides, and desserts that blew me away. The service was attentive and friendly, the atmosphere lively, and even though it was busy, everything felt welcoming and well handled.

Wes is a superb cook. Most dishes are creative and unique. We have not had bad service at Choplins. We have absolutely loved almost everything we have ordered here. Reservations Highly recommended; you probably won't get in without them unless it is an off night (maybe a Monday, but they could have groups or large parties on off-nights as well...)

So disappointed in the service. From the time I sat down with no menu to never being asked if we wanted desert. Food was good. But will not be back there, neither will the 12 people I was with. Good choice would be China Buffet in Cornelius.
