During my stay at the Hilton Downtown Miami, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel restaurant. The food was delicious, particularly the conch fritters and steak, while the service was attentive and friendly. I enjoyed a relaxed breakfast that exceeded my expectations, making it a memorable part of my trip.

Actually I set to have breakfast at Catch restaurant near by, but they were closed in the morning. So I went to Brisa bit before 8 a.m. Ricky (trainee) at the front desk was help to guide me there as was the folks on the first floor. Rosalia D & Rodrigo gave good service. The steak & scramble eggs with potatoes in good portions, definitely worth it. My then German-American ex gf recommended Brisa, glad I listen to her Cue in AC/DC's Back in Black song...I'm let loose from noose 🎸🇺🇸
