Years ago, I worked nearby in Edison and would often stop in for their lunch specials, always impressed by the quality. Recently returning, I found everything still fresh and delicious, with great service and an inviting atmosphere that keeps me coming back for more.

I used to frequent a sushi restaurant in Edison about 9 years ago for their lunch specials, and the quality was consistently excellent. Upon revisiting recently, I found that the service, parking convenience, and sushi quality were still exceptional. The SpiceUp roll and Orange Dragon remain my favorites, and I appreciate the delicious food, attentive service, and affordable lunch prices at Sushi O.
