It's unbelievable that this little spot hasn't had a review in two years. The food here is packed with flavor, and the ladies behind the counter truly know what they're doing. I've been coming here for ages, and while I had a disappointing experience recently, I truly hope it was just an off day, because this is the kind of soulful cooking that reminds me of home.

Eating at Taylors was one of the best experiences ever...the food is delicious and the quality of the food is excellent. The customer service is outstanding. One of the best black owned restaurant in Shreveport.

My first time visiting the place.
There was a mistake with the plates I picked up. I called back and spoke with the manager about it. She immediately took care of the problem.
My favorite is the Ox tails. Even though they are the expensive thing on the menu. They need to put a little more of them on the plate.

The food is sooo very good and season well...
I had the neck bones last week and they were very meaty.
Steak this week with mashed taters - very good
The veggies are all done well and good (cabbage, blackeye peas, yams) soo good
I Love the hot water cornbread and the PNB cake was to die for.
THANK YOU FAMILY FOR GOOD FOOD AND FRIENDLY ATMOSPHERE..
