This family-run deli has been around for nearly a century, serving up some of the best muffuletta sandwiches I've ever had, along with friendly, welcoming service that makes you feel right at home. The atmosphere is full of charm and history, and their refreshing sweet mint tea is the perfect complement to a delicious, satisfying meal.

I've been going to Fertittas Grocery to get their "Muffy" for 40+ yrs. & have never had an experience there that wasn't pleasant, enjoyable & delicious food!!! The atmosphere is a throwback of what it was like many years ago! I don't think a lot has changed since the beginning & through the years to present day & I believe that is what has helped it worked so well!!! The owners, employees & patrons have always made it such a friendly & comfortable atmosphere!!!

Highly over priced, yet the cheapest food ever. A Styrofoam bowl with day old or two chopped lettuce some Olive mixture and red wine vinegar is a salad. And it costs way too much. Next a small muffin : over sized hamburger buns with a few slices of again cheap luncheon meat some Olive mixture and lotsa mustard squashed down in a panning press again way over priced. If anyone has ever been to a real New York style deli you'd sure know the difference. Been there twice gave it a second chance. Never again. Don't be fooled by hype it's not worth it. The rating is so low I didnt even want to pick 1 star but couldn't transmit with out picking one.
