I ordered the Cajun chef's salad without black olives and the Nathan sandwich without onions and black olives, both arriving sealed tightly with fresh, crisp veggies and a variety of dressing options that I appreciated. The sandwiches, including a half Rajun Cajun and half Tiger Bomb, were delicious and reasonably priced, served with friendly and efficient staff who made the experience even better-definitely a place I'll return to whenever I'm in Shreveport.

I AM A SHREVEPORT NATIVE TRANSPLANTED TO SAN ANTONIO, TX. EVERY TIME I COME TO TOWN, I MAKE A POINT TO GO TO PO BOY EXPRESS. THEIR FOOD IS AMAZING, EVEN MY TEXAN HUSBAND AGREES. THE STAFF IS WARM AND FRIENDLY, THE TIMES WHEM I'VE GONE THROUGH THE DIVE THRU WITH MY DOG, THEY' VE ALWAYS GIVEN HER A TREAT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
