This was our first time visit to Chuck-E-Cheese. This place is way overrated and overpriced. Not worth the cheap medium sized pizza that was $13. We paid for a package of one medium traditional size pizza two drinks and 15 tokens for $21.99. We added a kids drink to it just so our son can have something to drink. Total came to over $26.

By the time the pizza came out I was appalled at how small it was and the poor quality for the price that we paid. Also once the pizza was put down on the table and we started eating I noticed there were little black bugs crawling all over our table and the wall. We had sat at a table near the windows. I contacted management about the problem.

Most games hardly gave out any tickets at all or we lost our tokens (but we were able to get lost tokens refunded back). When we went to reimburse the tickets and went up front to see items I was appalled at the quality of goods given for the number of tickets required. Very cheap merchandise for an exorbitant amount of tickets.

I was very disappointed and I will never go back there again or to any Chuck-E-Cheese for that matter! The only upside is my son still had fun playing the games.
