We followed the sign off IH-10 and discovered a gem of a spot. The gumbo was delicious - we tried both the chicken and sausage as well as the shrimp. The mild boudin was tasty, though it could have used a bit more salt. If you're craving authentic Louisiana Cajun food without any frills, this is the spot for you.

I love Boudin King and I have been eating it since 1976. My heart was hurt when the king of Boudin king passed away. However I am still happy because the people who are making and serving boudin and other southern dishes are doing a great job.

Amazing and delicious food I was raised on since I was a little girl they've always came through The Boudin is on point so delicious and spicy just like I like it I always travel 4 to 5 hours just to place my order to take some home with me up north

Saw this place listed in a book on the best road food in America. I detoured to get there. I had the gumbo and the fried chicken. It was the best fried chicken I've ever had. Wow
