Poor customer service, untrained on using the mobile app and what to do if there is an issue, except to say, that code is not working..then no communication for 4 minutes , left to sit in the drive thru.
Proceded to park, and walk inside to receive no apology, but plenty of attitude.
No information on contacting upper management available. I wonder why??
Dirty parking area, zero customer service or interest in taking care of their customers, which is their business.
First and last visit.
