Food is always poor, service sucks and rarely is ur drink made properly unless its a bottle beer. Bartenders could care less about they're customers for repeat business they take they're jobs and tips for granted. I am a server/ bartender foot 15 yrs now and am familiar with the industry and customer service especially to others in the industry. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This place is ungodly horrible. I wish I could show pictures (which I have) to include sludge in the bathroom sink and an eaten chicken wing served to order. Service was even worse (unbelievable...yes I would think), but the bartender was more drunk than me (unfortinately). A twenty minute experience took two hours of miseary of waiting with obvious discontent from the bartender. The order was wrong. I have heard that this place caters to their followers (which is cool), but to disrespect an "outsider" (words from the bartender herself) is uncalled for. As a new home owner in metairie, I only hope things get better. Lagers and the newly named "moby's" have been way better. Sincerely..."Couldn't pay me to come back"
