I've been going to Panda Express in Alexandria a lot lately. Today, the noodles weren't as fresh as usual, but they kindly gave us a box of fresh ones during our meal. I really like this place and recommend it to everyone! The staff here have always been friendly, and the food consistently tastes good. The portions are generous, and I find the service to be quick, especially when using the drive-through.

The food is good. The staff try to keep the bins filled & fresh to the best of their ability. I don't live in the area but I try to go there when I get a chance (although it has been closed due to Covid). I've spent some time talking to the manager. He's very friendly & spent some time in Australia. He understands English very well. Some of the staff are still struggling with English but it is a difficult language to learn. I know a couple of words in Mandarin & they always encourage me even though I'm sure I'm mangling the pronunciation horribly.
I like that the place attracts a variety of customers so I can hear people speaking multiple different languages.
I've never experienced or witnessed rude behavior from the staff.
They recently re-opened with a drive-up takeout menu only. I'm hoping to go order some food there soon.

Terrible service, tables we're not clean. The manager yelled at me when I asked if my friend who was paying sepperitly could have a calender. He yelled each table can only have one. He got an attitude with me after I asked him to split the check 3 ways. He got really irritated and kept asking who was on two checks after I kept telling him who was. After about an hour leaving the place all 4 of us got really sick and I called to inform him his food made us sick, he yelled go to the hospital and hung up on me.

I have been here many times & the food is consistently good. When the place began to get run down a year or so ago, whoever owns it renovated the place, so the interior has improved. The fried shrimp are good, so are the crab puffs. I actively like about 80% of them buffet items (but that's due to individual preference & it's true of every Chinese buffet I go to.) The cashier is a nice guy & speaks good English (the wait staff is courteous, but they usually don't have any idea of what you're saying if it doesn't involve ordering a glass of iced tea.) I recommend eating here if you like Chinese buffets.
